I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Edmonton, AB) in Jun 2017
Interview
the managers were thorough with their questions, wanting to make sure that I was fit for the position. They make sure that you're able to handle the tasks given out, like being able to load bathtubs, drywall, flooring, and other home building materials for contractors.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where a customer is being unruly?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Louisville, KY)
Interview
Very laidback about interview process, a little disorganized but this is probably not indicative of the whole company, First is the phone interview which is easy, Next is sit down laid back with HR manager and store manager. They ask you the standard interview questions- name a time in your job in which you had to disagree with your manager, etc.

Pretty standard questions, Name a time when you faced a challenge- what did you do, how did you respond?
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Nashua, NH) in May 2012
Interview
Two part interview process. Bullshitted my way past HR. Store manager didn't seem to like me. No offer. Everybody at the store seemed depressed. Store manager looked like he was going to drop dead of a heart attack. HR lady was nice.
