Interview
The interview process was not the best. I had a phone interview first and then an in person interview. When I went for the in person interview I was told to go to the service desk and ask for a specific person. The employees at the service desk never heard of him, so I had to navigate my way through the store to the interview area where I sat for 15min before being awknowledged. In the interview you sit in front of about 5 people while they each take a turn asking you questions off of a script. It's the basic situational questions, and after you answer a question it's complete awkward silence for several minutes while they all write down your answers. You're not given a chance to stray away from those questions so, you're not really able to show why youd be a good fit for the position. Overall the interview process is filled with very awkward silence and the questions are often so long and filled with 3 or 4 smaller points you need to answer to fully answer the question that it makes you forget the original question. I got through the interview but I ended up declining their offer.
