This was for a rotational program position directly out of college. Two interviews occurred - one at my campus and the second they flew me onsite to interview me. Overall, it was a great experience. I was treated with the ultimate respect and felt as though I would contribute in a major way to the company. The questions were straightforward, with no 'trick' questions. The interviewers seemed to really care about me as a person. They let me know within 2 weeks that they were offering me the job and sent me all of the paperwork and information I could possibly need. Great company.
