I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Plymouth Meeting, PA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I arrived 5 minutes early. They kept me waiting for 20 minutes while sitting in the staff break room during a training session. Once the interview started I sat across from three people with clip boards. Each person took turns asking me a very specific behavioral question. Some questions were irrelevant given my background, but they asked anyway, and I did my best to answer with a relevant experience. They would then write notes and not look at me while I was talking. There was very little eye contact during the interview in general which was very unnerving.

Question 1
All behavioral questions regardless of past experience. It was a very prescribed set of questions.
