I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Port Orange, FL) in Jul 2015
Interview
Unfortunately, lowes does not have an official interview process for hiring an FSA. The pay and the questions are related to retail environment as if you're going for a sales position. Besides offering the information on my own in regards to my facility maintenance experience, they didn't seem to really care. It's a sad situation and it shows in the turn overs they have with the FSA position.
