2 step interview first with HR manager, second with Assistant Manager. Pretty easy with a lot of the questions scenario based. For any entry level job position just be confidence and professional and you should get the job. I got it with no sales experience.

I had to wait for the manager for a few minutes after the scheduled time. The interview went faster than I had anticipated. The manager took the time to thoroughly explain that the job duties included.

I checked in with customer service then I waited and they took me back to the associates work room where I met with the manager in charge of the apartment he had me read over the job description binder a couple of pages and asked me if I was OK with the job description and then we went forward with the interview afterwards.
