I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Hornell, NY) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process consisted of taking some time to read through the job description, and signing the paper before the interview started. They asked various behavioral interview questions, and some general questions. They however did not ask some questions such as what are your weakness? What are your Strengths? Other than that the interviewer used a piece of paper that I assume had a general list of questions that Human Resource Managers needed to ask. They also went over some of the responsibilities of the job such as where you would be working at this time of year.

I was interviewed 5 days after I submitted the application. Seemed to be a great interview but wasn't picked for the position so I applied for the same position in another dept and am being considered. The HR hiring manager stated that every position has a 3 candidate interview. So the position goes to who seems the most qualified. That's what I call the luck of the draw, so I am not holding my breath
