First got a call from a consultant about the job opening. Setting up the first round of interview through Skype with the lowes people took about 3 weeks. The first round was the technical round and it took about 20 mins. Questions related to xpression and various scenarios where asked. The second round was the management round where I was interviewed by the manager of the project I was going to work on. The questions where general and easy. The third is the HR round and they negotiated the salary and designation. Then I got a call the next day on the comfirmation and joining date.
