Online application/tests and questions, then a phone interview, then a panel interview. got a call back the following day after the panel. I was called in for a "meeting about a possible job" and was offered the job when I went in.

Interview was a two step process - met with Marketing sales manager and store manager to complete process but overall was pretty standard. Nothing that was unusually or unexpected.

Great interviewer that knew what questions to ask. He went over in detail what things to expect accept sales goals. I thought it was more of a project manager position than a sales position at the end of the interview.
