I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Kent, OH) in Oct 2020
Interview
It was very laid back it was more about the background and less about the job. It was not just the standard interview questions. It was very informal and we talked about sports and other interests.
Very standard interview process, the process consist of 1 30 minutes HR call, 1 30minutes HM call + 3 1 hour back to back loop interviews. The entire experience was much like a conversation.
