Interview
Called by recruiter about two weeks after application filled out and scheduled an interview for the following week. Met with recruiter for 20 minutes. Very casual. Basic questions about past experiences and what type of goals I had in mind. Then met with floor manager who arrived at the recruiters office to bring me to the floor. We discussed experience, goals, floor culture and work flow. Casual and friendly meeting lasting about 15 minutes. Received a call back later that day to say that the manager thought I was a good fit. Got a job offer 4 days later.
