Interview
They will have you drive to the main office in dallas where they hold open interiviews twice a week. They have you feel out the application and one by one they will interview all attendees. The interiview is conducted my all 4 regionals, they will each ask a few questions and act like they are writting things down. I know for a fact they are not.

Interview
The interview was very intense and honestly very weird. I was brought into a very dingy back room and ranted at for like 20 minutes. I honestly usually do well at interviews but this one really threw me for a loop. Like I could not even tell if they liked me or if they thought I was stupid.
