The hiring process depends on when the training sessions start usually takes about 1 month and half to complete the training. The interview questions are not hard. The company is very strict on punctuality. Also the cannot call in for the first 3 months does apply.

The interview process was pretty easy. I walked in had to wait 30 min past my interview time. Once i was seen she asked maybe like 5 questions and told me i was hired.
Few Interviews with office manager and then regional after that they call your references and if all checks out they give you a call back with an offer or decline
Very easy you just need to take online test before being called in for interview. Follow up can take time not able to call back a direct number it transfers somewhere always.
