I applied online. I interviewed at Loya Insuance Group (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
I had 3 interviews, the questions where very straight forward. Simple questions as to why you want to work here, are you a good team player etc.. They are looking for people that are young and have sales or customer service experience. You have to have a open schedule, and pass training to get your state license to sell.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Loya Insuance Group
Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. I walked in had to wait 30 min past my interview time. Once i was seen she asked maybe like 5 questions and told me i was hired.
Very easy you just need to take online test before being called in for interview. Follow up can take time not able to call back a direct number it transfers somewhere always.
Few Interviews with office manager and then regional after that they call your references and if all checks out they give you a call back with an offer or decline
