A completely one-sided interview process where it is clear that they do not believe the person interviewing should have any concerns or questions about their incredible company or culture. It is clear that they think an interview at Loyal is the best thing that could have ever happened to the interviewee. This speaks highly to the culture and leadership. The assignments are a waste of time. You should not waste your valuable time trying to kiss the ring.
