The entire process is very long and drawn out. Be prepared to submit the same forms multiple times. As they will switch people and loose your information frequently. Many forms they send you a link the online form will not work and it will need to be printed, filled out, scanned, and emailed back. Save the scans you may need to send it again. Very disorganized it feels like.
