I came through a recruiter- after the assessment centre, I was called back for an interview the same day, a week later I had my final interview for LL and was offered the job the next day!

Interview
The interview process was very quick and well managed. Everyone I spoke to was very positive and put me at ease. I found some of the questions quite random and I wasn’t sure how to approach them - nothing competency based so I’m also not sure if I was assessed particularly well. Received quite poor feedback as to why I didn’t get an offer that sounded like they just wanted a reason to say no. Gave me quite a bad impression of the company, especially as they didn’t get back to me in the time frame previously agreed.

Interview
A fantastic, positive interview process. I went through the initial two stages of the interview process both of which were warm, friendly and stress free. I have found interviews to be intense situations in the past but the team at LoyaltyLion really make you feel welcome and relaxed throughout the process whilst thoroughly assessing whether you are a good fit for the role and company. I would definitely recommend applying to this great organisation who appear to have a genuine care for their team.
