I had an interview at my university with engineers from the company. I was brought me to Wickliffe, OH (Lubrizol's HQ) for a full day of interviews and tours with engineers, managers, HR, and other co-ops. It was an all day process that spanned both the R&D facilities and the nearby manufacturing facility in Painesville, OH.
