Question 1
Give an example of a complicated case and how did you deal with it.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Lubrizol (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2019
Interview
Beware - they don't want experienced professionals from the outside! Lubrizol seems to be using the hiring process to collect hiring data to be able to show they interviewed a variety of demographics from the outside. If you watch LinkedIn and Glassdoor, they only seem to hire (cheaper) recent college graduates or their own. A complete waste of time.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lubrizol (Cleveland, OH) in Dec 2012
Interview
Phone with internal recruiting staff person, then phone with manager, then visit to HQ for interviews with team members. In addition to HQ interview meetings, I had to present to the team, doing a sales pitch on a product I made up for a customer I made up.
