I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lucid Software (Amsterdam) in Sep 2023
Interview
First interview with someone who looked like she didnt know what they were actually doing. Second interview with a different individual. The interview looked more like a police interrogation than anything else. He was very clueless as to what their future strategies are and it looked like I was way more knowledgeable than him. I want to work under someone I can learn from, not someone I have to advise myself.

I interviewed at Lucid Software (Salt Lake City, UT)
Interview
A series of 4 interviews. Recruiter, 2 panel interviews, VP interview with presentation. Very clear through the process, and kept on pace for the timeline just as they shared. Great experience and people.
The smooth process and well structured approach made the interview a pleasure. The sessions were well managed, ensuring efficient use of time. I greatly appreciate the accurate feedback provided, which was insightful and helpful for my professional development. A great experience!
Was a really long process with a lot of twists and turns. Enjoyed talking to everyone, some very smart people work at Lucid and that was what made me choose to accept the offer in the end.
