Question 1
How would you prepare for a meeting with a client?
Basic HR screening, then an interview with the hiring manager. The HM was very aloof and was doing other tasks. It didn't feel like a conversation but an interrogation, as she asked me to explain the gap on my resume. Towards to end you can tell right away that she didn't want to proceed. At least be professional and look at your candidates and try to have a conversation with them, instead of rejecting when they have a gap in their resume when they are in between job.s
