Title: Zero respect for candidates' time or broken promises Pros: None. Cons: Disorganized HR processes and a complete lack of professional courtesy. I interviewed for a Retention Strategist role and loved the conversation with the director. I was explicitly told by the team that I would be moving forward to the next round with the senior manager. Simultaneously, I was in the pipeline for an Inside Public Sector Account Manager II role. For that interview, the hiring manager completely no-showed, leaving me waiting on the line for 45 minutes with zero communication. Not to mention, Recruiter didn’t know correct name for the hiring manager. That was the second attempt at interviewing for role. The first time was offered an 8 am slot and never received confirmation after I said it was a good time. Recruiter later told me she never looked at my email or text about the confirmation because she massed blasted several candidates. Unfortunately I had to follow up with her for both roles. Shortly after, the recruiter emailed me stating she was back in the office and would provide updates on both roles soon. Instead of the promised senior manager interview or a reschedule, I immediately received automated rejections for both positions. To promise next steps, ghost a candidate for a 45-minute meeting, and then mass-reject them through an automated system is incredibly disrespectful. Avoid wasting your time here; they do not value human capital
