Lumen Product Analyst interview questions

The first interview went really well. It was more like a conversation. I was told that I would be contacted for a second interview but never was. I contacted the hiring manager that I interviewed with and was told that I should have been contacted and they would follow up. About a week later I received an email asking me if I was available the next day for a phone interview. I had to rearrange some plans but I made myself available. The phone conversation went really well and even went beyond the allotted time period. When it ended I was told that I would be informed about next steps and I never heard anything back. I followed up but was ghosted. I thought I would at least receive the "thank you but we went in a different direction" email but I didn't.
