The interview process was rather quick. I did a phone screening, then a virtual interview with the hiring manager the same week. About two weeks later (delayed due to holiday), I was invited to a 3rd round in-person interview with 5 people who asked me a series of questions for about an hour, with welcomed casual talk running a little over that time frame. It was a pleasant experience, but I still received a rejection letter a few days later. I do feel I was well-qualified for the job with the soft and the technical skills, as this seemed to be a position marketed towards a young entry level professional. Although still early in my career, I already had a good amount of experience doing this type of work from interning and another professional role (so almost mid-level experience). This was also the other Specialist's first job after a degree program, so don't worry too much about experience if interviewing. I liked the team and they seemed to be a very close tight-knit family (if you interview expect to meet at least 2 Directors). However, there was a concern about me wanting to join an organization where I could build out my career for the next 5 or more years. So ultimately, this may be an organization that doesn't encourage retention or professional growth / long-term stay if that is what you're looking for. I did notice I would also be the only BW on the team if hired. So, I'm not sure how well this employer does well with diversity in professional, non-clinical roles. I cannot accurately speak for the organization as a whole in that area. These are just observations from the interview experience. Overall easy-going experience. Good health care projects going on. Great mission. Good luck!!
