A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. She wasn't super clear about what the next steps were at first. Ultimately, we scheduled a phone interview. She wasn't prepared to answer many of my questions about the team. When I touched on some of my considerations for my next role, she was slightly defensive or unprepared to have the discussion.
