Phone interview went over background and skills. The recruiter informed about the company and product. Then at the end of conversation, the recruiter said he will send a design test. However, I never received his email back about the test. I emailed him and got no respond back. However, before the phone interview, the recruiter would respond right away within 24 hours. This leaves negative experience because he didn't follow through and will not at least respond if he is no longer interested.
