I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lumos Labs (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2013
Interview
I had a couple initial e-mails with a recruiter after I met a different recruiter about working there. The recruiter let me know as soon as a position opened up. I submitted a written sample and statement of interest. After this was accepted, I had two days of about two or three sets of interviews with most of the team members and the team head. All of the interviews went well and I had a great vibe from nearly all the team members which made for an enjoyable experience.

The interview itself was easy. Not difficult or unexpected questions. They asked me to provide answers to customer example- questions for a second round interview. I was waiting for that feedback but I never heard back which was dissapointing.
