4 interviews 1st - VP of Engineering, very light and friendly interview, nothing technical at all 2nd - Lead Designer and an Engineer, lightly technical but no challenges of any kind 3rd - Sr. Engineer and an Engineer, very lightly technical, asked about binary sort trees, nothing relevant to practical engineering. 4th - Principal Engineer, this was cancelled "due to a conflict" and was never re-scheduled. I was then ghosted for 3 weeks before inquiring to find out I was not selected.
