I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lupin in Oct 2022
Interview
They are building their Indian team from scratch currently their product is being managed by external vendors. To build this team they have given contracts to an external vendor - McKinsey in my case. I received the email from HR regarding my interview and the interviewer's email/name was also present in the email. I checked out the person's profile on LinkedIn and came to know that he doesn't have an extensive tech background mostly a managerial position that too with non-tech products. I thought it must be for vetting for something so I proceeded with the interview. To my horror this guy was rude to another level from the get-go he was after me, why are you taking time to respond? He was asking all sorts of weird questions such as how can you reduce the payload size in postman and by using it can you reduce the latency and whatnot. And when I tried to ask clarifying questions he was just mentioning are you not smart enough to understand my questions. He asked more weird questions nothing specific to my profile for another 10-15 minutes and lastly said I think I have had enough. I will give my feedback to HR ok bye. Such high-handedness from an interviewer I had never seen in my 8yrs of experience. So be wary before you apply for Lupin you might get to meet this gem of a person (/s) .

Question 1
How can you change the payload size in Postman How can you improve the latency of an API in postman If you have a DB with two tables having a foreign relationship between them. Table A is having many to one relationship with Table B. Table A is having 15k records and B is having 7 records. So how will you fetch data from Table B corresponding to data present in table A. Mind you, you are supposed to ask clarifying questions else this McKinsey guy will take your class and rebuke you to no end.
