First stage was a group interview, I passed this and was invited to a shop floor trial, where I had to interact with customers and test a product on one of the sales colleagues.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lush in Sep 2017
Interview
Was asked to attend a 'group interview' which turned out to be with about 30 other people. Were split into groups of around 7 and went round each member of staff with a different task. Tasks did little to show the suitability of the applicants to the role, eg. 'which Harry Potter house are you?' and 'What's your favourite film?'. Interviewers favoured the loudest and pushiest people, product knowledge and friendliness etc weren't valued.

Interview
I applied by sending my CV and cover letter by email. The next day they emailed me back asking me to attend a group interview a few weeks later. The group interview involved several different activities including building a tower using black pots and demoing different creams on eachother.
