Gave you a real case study. Find a supplier for the Spa uniforms, and prepare a 10 min presentation focused on sustainable materials and suppliers. They loved the suppliers and materials I found but the feedback was that they wanted more focus on how you would involve the spa team and how you would build a great relationship with them. (Which they never mention on the focus points provided before the interview) The interviews were lovely though and it was a very relaxed interview
