I applied online. I interviewed at Lush (Newcastle upon Tyne, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
Large group interview format. In total there were easily over 30 people, and we were divided into groups to do various activities with team leads. One of the activities was making our own bubble bar, which made the experience a lot less daunting! Groups rotated between the activities and the whole process lasted a couple of hours. One-on-one interviews invitations were then sent out, and this composed of a trial shift (about 20 minutes on the shop floor), followed by a more formal interview with a team lead.

Question 1
Bring with you an object that is important to you to show and describe in front of the group.
Horrific, only the loudest and over-confident get listened to, just don't bother unless you're a drama kid. Didnt even get a reply back, the staff were rude and hated it the whole time.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lush
Interview
Customer- sales assistant role play, team building exercises, it was a group interview, it was very fun and comfortable, staff were very supportive. Every lush store is different but same idea
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lush (Croydon, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Lengthy but rewarding, many stages to the interview which can be intense and competitive but being confident helped me with this. Began with a group interview, next stage was a solo interview accompanied with a trial shift on the shop floor for 30 minutes.
