Interview
Phone call interview with a lady who was very lovely and friendly. Then a 45 minute trial shift, the shop was quite empty so it was a little awkward for me as i didn’t really know what to do. Didn’t end up getting the job. Maybe try being more pro-active at the trial shift even if the shop is empty to be successful.
Group interview was fun but felt a bit hard to stand out from other big personalities, did a range of tasks/games around the store which was a nice change from the traditional interview process, it was nice to be interacting with other interviewees rather than simply feeling like competitors
Unique interview. All were group tasks including curating a routine for customers and demonstrating products. You need to bring lots of energy to the table and be imaginative with your descriptions.
