Interview
Group interview, we had to talk about ourselves, demonstrate a bath bomb and create a skincare routine for a random celebrity. The main advice I’d give is to be confident, they don’t expect you to know everything but if you’re bubbly and positive it shows a willingness to learn.
Group interview process. Not many typical interview questions, focused on scenarios and group work. As long as you sell the experience of the products, you are in with a good chance to land a casual role. Be confident and happy.

Sell the Twilight gift box to the group, using emotive language.
The Lush York interview process involves submitting an application, completing an initial interview, participating in a group session with role-play exercises, and attending a trial shift to assess customer interaction, teamwork, and brand value alignment.
Very engaging. You need to show off your personality and go above and beyond to engage not only the managers but the other interviewees. Lots of role play, designed to simulate the shop floor experience.
