I received a phone message asking me if I was interested in working with LSF. It took me two days to contact HR because they did not answer, and the voice mail was always full. Finally, when HR answered, she was not clear what to offer. The day of the interview was awkward. I was sitting in the middle of the room with three unprofessional and rude ladies. My interview experience with Lutheran Services, Florida, has been the most horrible and most unpleasant of my entire working career. LSF HR was without any ethics or professionalism. It has come to my attention that they lure one into coming in, so they waste your time and money and, at the same time, give LSF HR something to do. They do Not respect, no comments, and no feedback. I do not understand why they would set up a fake interview if they already decided not to hire you.
