Interview
The interview process was fast, however I don't feel that the interview was appropriate as there were no questions about my previous experience working with children, nor was there a great deal of information provided on the duties of the position.
There was a group panel meeting with three employees of the company. It was a teams remote video conference over the computer. They wanted to make sure I knew it wasn’t an easy job and that it takes a strong person with good mental health practice outside of the office to be able to properly maintain with the stress of the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lutheran Services Florida (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2022
