It was a very long process. They treated me very well and flew me out for an onsite interview. There was a driver to take me between the airport, the hotel and the facility. It was a series of interviews with myself and 2 employees. We would work out scenarios about a day on the job and such. A different employee treated me to lunch, allowed me around and allowed me to ask any questions.

Interview was around 1 hour long and, although it was not mentioned before, was a technical interview. The interview itself was relatively candid and a pleasant experience. It involved drawing on a digital whiteboard and answering engineering-related questions.

It was smooth, just had to be verbal and precise with responses. Be ready to answer questions that would put you in specific scenarios and how you would adjust and adapt to the situation.

Highly technical, quite intense & felt like if I had made a mistake, that was it for me in the process. Got the feeling that it didn’t matter who i was as a person or if I would fit at Lutron.
