I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lutron Electronics (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2012
Interview
Just interviewed. It was pretty basic and they followed up with a personality test. Although I passed the first interview, I never got a second interview. They put far too much emphasis on the personality test.
