Lutron Electronics Marketing Manager interview questions

Total waste of time! 1st interview with HR was booked for 30-60min, lasted 1:45h and I didn’t even talk much. I then had 3 interviews each 1h length with 3 different people online. I was then invited for a full day interview in the office. Had about an hour with another 5 people in the office with group interview at the end of the day. But hey, this is not it, I then had another 30min online interview with “the main guy”. After that I received an email (not even call) to say that I don’t have enough experience with luxury products, duh I never said I did. Could you like not identify it in the first interview instead of wasting 16h of my life? Thanks for the lunch tho. It felt like they didn’t know exactly who they were looking for at all.
