During the system design interview, the main objective of the interviewer was to create a profile that covered the candidate's experience and knowledge of the required technologies, patterns, methodologies, and overall engineering excellence. In the coding interview, the task was to create a function that converts Roman numerals to Arabic numbers. I was allowed to use my IDE and screen sharing, which made the task more manageable and allowed me to perform comfortably.
