The interview process with LP was the best experience I’ve had in months. It consisted of four well-structured interviews, including one that involved a presentation, which clearly demonstrated how thoughtful and thorough the process was. Communication was extremely timely, and I received prompt updates after each interview without ever needing to follow up. The team was transparent about every step, always willing to answer my questions, and consistently respectful of my time. Overall, the experience made me feel genuinely valued as a candidate and reinforced my excitement to join the team.

HR phone screen. Multiple round interview with team managers. This was a typical Q&A about my experience with an emphasis on client management and digital marketing. "Homework" assignment to demo leading a client call.
