I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Luxury Presence (Austin, TX) in Jan 2026
Interview
I recently completed a comprehensive interview process for a Client Success Manager role that was both challenging and rewarding. I met with CS leadership; they asked question about my professional temperament and experience. The centerpiece was a 10-minute introductory strategy call simulation for a boutique real estate firm. Instead of a standard data deep-dive, the focus was on establishing rapport and leading a discovery conversation to uncover what 'success' truly looks like for the client. I enjoyed the opportunity to demonstrate how I translate complex SEO and PPC snapshots into a clear, actionable roadmap

The directions for the prompt were a little ambitious which I think gave the project some freedoms. Tiffany was great throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable to reach out to her!
