Highly unprofessional and unorganized team. I got an email minutes before the final team meeting, saying they filled the position. I am glad it did not work out. I did not want to join such a bad culture.
Salary range below average for a senior role. Inexperienced interviewer. “Do you fit this requirement? Tell me.” “Do you fit that requirement? Tell me.” Most people ask in a sideways way or indirectly, but this person was too direct about it. In addition, their tone was very fakey-nice and not very genuine. Used too much jargon like “trifecta.” Attitude came across like a former sorority or a fraternity person.
