I applied online. I interviewed at Luxury Presence in Aug 2021
Interview
I was selected for a phone interview after sending in my resume. It lasted 6 minutes and I was practically yelled at for not having enough experience. The job posting did not accurately describe what they were looking for and I was incredibly confused. It was wildly unprofessional and I still cannot believe it happened. It was not my fault I was selected for an interview despite "clearly" not having what they want.

Interview
Quick interview with recruiter and then asked to do an assignment with 15 social media posts. A week passed and had to reach back out after no feedback. Recruiter claimed that they hired someone else 2 days after my initial interview. Complete waste of time and effort.

Question 1
Describe 5 positive and negative things about yourself.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Luxury Presence in Jan 2021
Interview
After an initial 15-30 minute call with the hiring manager, I was asked complete a lengthy assignment (15 sample social media posts and graphics). After submitting the assignment, I participated in a nearly 3-hour long interview meeting with members of the team. Shortly after the interview, I received an email saying that I wouldn't receive an offer because I "lacked communication skills," with no further explanation on what specific communication skills they felt I lacked (ex., inability to articulate thoughts concisely, lack of confidence in tone, etc.). I was confused because I always ask interviewers and employers for feedback and have never received that feedback from other companies, interviewers, or even previous coworkers. Despite this, they used 3 of the social media sample posts I created to be considered for the role on their client's Instagram page.
