Have you make a presentation and then don’t even bother to give you feedback or a response to it. Not a great process, they also asked for references in the phone screen which was very odd.

Great process -- initial screening then interview with hiring manager. They are fast to communicate and easy to work with. Process was in depth but fast enough to feel valued and not dilly dally
