Extremely extensive interview process!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They have a 6-step process which includes:
1. Survey
2. Phone Screen
3. Presentation of Case Study (really?!?!?!)
4. Hiring Interview with a Panel
5. Reference Check
6. Offer
This is very timewasting in my opinion. Any interview process that takes more than a month is excessive, I would expect this timeline from a giant and more establised tech comany such as Microsoft or Apple, but a real estate marketing "start-up" company? yeah no thanks.
Personally I would NOT RECOMMEND applying here unless you want to dedicate all your time and energy for about a 1% chance of being hired as LinkedIn shows they receive more thatn 100+ application for a single role.

Interview
It starts with a phone interview then you receive a homework assignment. From there you will have video interviews to follow and from that point they move forward how they feel is best.
