It was garbage. Come to find out they were pretending to recruit all of the CSM's on my team for their competitor to steal our ideas. It was such a waste of time. They were interviewing most of the team, but never had any intention to hire any of us. There is a ton of homework that you have to do as well. We all compared notes and came to the same conclusion.
