The interview process was seamless and moved very quickly through the stages. There was very little time lapse when waiting to hear back after each stage. Very thoughtful and well prepared on Lyft's side. Very much appreciated the coordination throughout the process. The interview process included: 1) Initial 30-minute phone interview, 2) First Onsite: 8 person panel, 30-minutes with each / 4 hours total 3) Second Onsite: Presentation with 7 people / 90 minutes
