The interview process was amazing and unique. I had never experienced anything like it before. It is a 3 part interview process. The first is a 10-15 minute phone interview was simple questions to see if they would like you to come in for the next round of interviewing. The second interview you come in for a presentation with a couple other people interviewing as well and you do a group activity, then go through a "speed dating round" where you had 10-15 minute interviews with 3 of their associates. The third and final round you come in and do a couple phone call scenarios with an associate in the room with you and you have 2 more interviews with the Team Leads.

I enjoyed meeting multiple individuals during the interview process. Not only were they able to give alternating questions to be answered, it also allowed a greater insight to the company.

Very nice people, very fluent, interesting questions. They were very eager to hear my experiences and open to suggestions. The first one was with two people and they were very pleasant. The second was a mock phone call and the third one with the supervisor, more casual.
