I got to ask these 2 employees what their experience has been like working for Lyft. Then, I was taken into a room where I was given an example phone call to respond to. I was then asked a few more in depth questions by another team member.

Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
